Job Description

Park 6 Logistics is seeking a motivated and professional Account Representative to join our growing team in Boston, MA. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, helping build lasting relationships while ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and care. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Monitor client accounts and provide ongoing support.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate account records and documentation.
  • Assist with account management activities and follow-up communications.
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience and long-term client satisfaction.
