Account Specialist – Student Support Services

Our fast-growing Manchester Student Support team is on the lookout for a dynamic, driven Account Specialist. In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations, partnering directly with universities and higher education institutions to manage and deliver bespoke, life-changing support packages.
What You’ll Be Doing (and Smashed Targets Along the way):
- Championing the Candidate Journey: Deliver an outstanding, premium experience for our specialist support workers and candidates
- Smashing Targets: Thrive in a high-performance environment where hitting and exceeding your operational targets is celebrated
- Building Partnerships: Collaborate closely with candidates and DSA (Disabled Students’ Allowance) assessors to match the absolute best support specialists with the students who need them
- Communicating with Impact: Bring empathy, emotional intelligence, and absolute confidence to conversations with people from all walks of life
- Mastering the Caseload: Seamlessly manage a fast-paced, high-volume caseload of students and specialists
- Driving Engagement: Fuel success through high-volume, professional inbound and outbound communication with key university stakeholders
- Problem-Solving on the Move: Use your exceptional organisational skills and sharp soft skills to handle objections, pivot quickly, and prioritise urgent support requests
- Hitting the Road: A valid UK Driver’s Licence is essential, giving you the freedom to visit universities, schools, and clients across the region.
