Overview
The Account Strategist is distinguished by a dedicated focus on client satisfaction within the affiliate marketing ecosystem, realized through strong verbal and written communication skills. The Account Strategist will be responsible for providing superior affiliate strategic support for our Brand partners, managing a portfolio of client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic publisher optimization. They should excel at relationship building, analyzing affiliate marketing campaigns (including tracking, conversion data, and ROI metrics), and identifying performance trends. The successful candidate will be an aggressive self-starter with a deep understanding of the affiliate industry and must possess an unbelievably strong work ethic, intelligence, sense of urgency, positive attitude, tenacity, and a desire to put the customer first every day. The employee must have the ability to execute and scale affiliate strategies and special assignments under only general supervision. The employee must have a personal sense of integrity, commitment, and professionalism. This position provides high growth potential for candidates looking to build a career in a rapidly expanding affiliate marketing industry.
This is a hybrid role and will require 2 days/week in our London office. This is mandatory and candidates that are not able to work in the office as required will not be considered for this position.

- Lead a portfolio of established and emerging brands on objectives and KPIs for success with their affiliate strategy
- Direct on affiliate program strategy, actionable tactics and their execution
- Conduct robust reporting and deliver analytical insights to guide strategic recommendations
- Lead weekly client calls; and proactively communicate reporting, new opportunities, and progress against objectives
- Prepare and conduct online and in-person client presentations with excellence
- Forecast budgets for customers and Partnerize
- Assist in renewals and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with team members in developing and sourcing affiliate opportunities
What you will achieve
1 – 3 months
- Understand the foundations and frameworks of Partnerize and working for an Account Management function within an established Saas platform
- Take the lead on an assigned group of established and emerging brands
- Master affiliate ecommerce strategies and effective tactics for revenue growth
- Master publisher partner types and how they contribute to consumer acquisition
- Master program strategies such as commissioning and media
- Build strong relationships with brands, publishers, and internal team members
3+ months
- Manage budgets, renewals, and risk mitigation
- Grow ecommerce revenue for established and emerging brands
- Contribute to tactics and processes designed to enable customer success
- Grow the Partnerize reputation for quality work and support of customers
What you’ll need to be successful
- An understanding of the Affiliate industry and operating Affiliate campaigns
- Ability to implement and manage affiliate strategy on behalf of your clients
- Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment while demonstrating professionalism and good judgment
- Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills
- Fantastic interpersonal communication skills and experience and confidence interfacing with all levels of an organization
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data into actionable insights
- Passion for teamwork and positively contributing to the success and reputation of Partnerize
- A bias for action and sound instincts on how to resolve issues effectively. You’re inquisitive and like doing research in order to solve problems and identify solutions
- Motivation to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited college or university or 2 years of equivalent online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing experience
- 2-4 years of Affiliate Marketing experience
- Strong analytical focus, ability to aggregate and manipulate large data sets
- Ability to multitask and execute tasks; detail oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using with PCs, Windows, MS Word. Advanced user of MS Excel, PowerPoint.
- Personal sense of integrity, commitment, and professionalism
