TikTok Shop Account Strategist
Role Overview
Account Strategists are the heartbeat of our client service. You’ll develop strategies to launch, optimize and grow our clients’ TikTok Shop sales — setting objectives, managing budgets, and working in partnership with our affiliate marketing, live shopping and content teams to deliver real results.
The role is remote, and we’re looking for someone based in the UK or mainland Europe.
Responsibilities
Account Strategy & Growth
- Develop and own account strategies to maximise sales, increase profitability and grow your clients' Social Commerce presence (including product selection and merchandising, price and promotions, and trading activities to improve AOV and customer retention)
- Set objectives and budgets for your accounts
- Seller Centre onboarding and operations
Client Management
- Own the client relationship day-to-day, serving as their primary point of contact
- Build strong, trusting relationships and communicate clearly — including when conversations are difficult
- Prepare regular internal and client-facing performance reports
- Coordinate with clients to understand and measure the impact of TikTok Shop activity across other sales channels (Amazon, website, retail)
Project Management
- Manage the delivery across your accounts in collaboration with internal teams to execute marketing plans (including affiliate activations, live shopping and paid media)
- Manage timelines and ensure your clients’ priorities are always met
- Monitor financial performance and campaign effectiveness across your accounts, using data tools to surface insights and drive improvements

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who We’re Looking For
- Commercially driven. You get genuinely excited by ambitious growth targets. You understand that your clients’ success is the business’s success.
- Analytically minded. You enjoy turning data into insight and insight into action. You’re comfortable with financial metrics and can use data to tell compelling stories about account performance.
- A clear, confident communicator. You’re as comfortable presenting a strategy to a client as you are having a frank conversation when things aren’t going to plan. You know that honest communication builds better relationships.
- Comfortable with ambiguity. You’re proactive rather than passive when faced with unstructured problems. You find your own path forward rather than waiting for direction.
- Independent and self-managing. You’re happy to own your accounts and your schedule without constant oversight. You continuously look for ways to improve performance for your clients.
- TikTok-native. You don't just work on TikTok, you live on it. You're genuinely curious about why things perform the way they do on the platform: what makes content convert or how the algorithm rewards certain approaches.
