Why Join Us
We require a Account Support Coordinator to join us on a 3 month fixed term contract basis, at our client's site in Milton Keynes.
The primary focus of this role is to manage the high volume of quotes and estimates generated by the client, reducing demand through proactive customer engagement and effective communication. You will support the Account Manager in the delivery of the agreed contract, ensuring service performance standards and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently achieved while maintaining strong client relationships.
What You'll Be Doing
- Actively review quotes/estimates raised by the client for approval, ensuring communication with branch managers to seek approval for site specifics
- Support the management of the CE process
- Be the point of escalation on behalf of the client, ensuring SLAs can be delivered and aligned with the contract agreement
- Review outstanding WO volume and manage outstanding tasks
- Influence and work with client representatives to develop a culture of improvement and build effective relationships
- Chase and escalate work order volume related issues to point of resolution with supplier
- Manage communication between client and supplier
- Support the wider team on an ad hoc basis, and subject to training, with things such as system changes, data changes due to peak in demand
- Support the creation of reports to manage quotes spend with client and demonstrate supplier spend
- Identify and highlight trends, including quote/estimate rejections for a contractor are high
- At the end of each month, support the provision of a detailed breakdown of work orders spend through quotes/estimates, for which have been paid
- Build and maintain effective relationships with client, supplier, and internal teams

What We're Looking For
Knowledge & Experience:
- Be a Proactive ‘self-starter
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work to and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
- Good analytical and organisational skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels of the business
- Numeracy and Accuracy
- An intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel - VLOOKUPS, Pivot tables etc.
