Account Support Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for an Account Support Coordinator based at our North West London site on a 3-month fixed-term contract.
The primary focus of this role is to manage the high volume of quotes and estimates generated by the client, reducing demand through proactive customer engagement and effective communication. You will support the Account Manager in delivering the agreed contract, ensuring service performance standards and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently achieved while maintaining strong client relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing

Actively review quotes/estimates raised by the client for approval
- Ensure communication with branch managers to seek approval for site specifics
- Support the management of the CE (Contract Execution) process

Act as the point of escalation for the client, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) can be delivered and aligned with the contract agreement

Review and manage outstanding work order (WO) volume and related tasks

Influence and collaborate with client representatives to develop a culture of improvement, building effective relationships

Chase and escalate work order volume-related issues to the point of resolution with the supplier

Manage communication between the client and supplier

Provide ad-hoc support to the wider team, including:
- Handling system changes
- Addressing data changes due to demand peaks (subject to training)

Support the creation of reports to:
- Manage quote spend with the client
- Demonstrate supplier spend

Identify and highlight key trends, particularly quote/estimate rejection rates for contractors

At the end of each month, produce a detailed breakdown of:
- Work order spends linked to quotes/estimates available for payment

Build and maintain strong relationships with:
- The client
- The supplier
- Internal teams
What We’re Looking For
Knowledge & Experience:
- Proactive self-starter, able to initiate actions independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while meeting targets
- Skilled in prioritising tasks and managing workflow effectively
- Good analytical and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to interact confidently across all business levels
- Strong numeracy and accuracy skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel:
- Familiarity with VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Up to £32,000 (depending on experience)
- 4% Bonus, contingent on performance against targets
