Qualifications And Requirements
- Motivated individuals wanting to start their professional career as a trainee Chartered Accountant studying towards the ICAEW ACA qualification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field - 2.1 or above.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a drive for success.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
We offer a comprehensive training package which combines on-the-job training with a Level 7 Qualification. Students are exam qualified within 2.5 years, with all training records and experience days completed within 3 years. You will attend regular lectures, sitting 14 exams over the duration, and are rewarded at each milestone.

Over the course of the 3 years, you are exposed to interesting work, with client contact from week one. Building strong relationships and gaining valuable experience as well as applying knowledge gained as you progress technically. Under the guidance of experienced accountants, you will participate in preparing accounts, VAT, and tax returns.
