Retail Finance Business Partnering – Accountant (Credit Cards)

Join a fantastic opportunity with our Retail Finance Business Partnering team as an Accountant supporting Credit Cards.

You’ll play a critical role in helping Nationwide deliver its strategic priorities, working closely across:

  • Finance teams
  • Senior stakeholders within the Society

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing clear financial guidance
  • Developing insightful analysis
  • Supporting effective challenge and decision-making
  • Ensuring value is delivered for members

Flexibility & Working Arrangements

We are happy to consider flexible working approaches to help you perform at your best.

Standard working hours:

  • 30–35 hours per week

We operate a hybrid working model where possible:

  • Hybrid approach: Balances office-based collaboration with home working to foster connection and problem-solving.
  • Office presence: Regular in-person events, currently anticipated quarterly at one of our UK hubs (Swindon, Newcastle, or Glasgow). Your hiring manager will confirm specifics if successful.
