Job Title: Qualified Accountant – Big 4 Consulting (12 Month Contract)

Our Client
Our client is a leading Big 4 professional services firm with a market-leading Consulting practice. Due to continued growth and a number of significant client engagements, they are looking to hire multiple Qualified Accountants to join their expanding Managed Solutions team across Dublin, Cork and Belfast.

Who should apply?
This opportunity is ideal for recently qualified accountants looking to broaden their experience beyond audit.
The successful candidate will have:
- ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
- 1-3 years' audit experience within a Big 4, Top 10 or smaller accountancy practice.
- Strong financial reporting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Previous experience supervising or mentoring junior staff would be advantageous.
- A commercial mindset with an interest in consulting and project-based work.
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting to a Director within the Managed Solutions team, you will work alongside accountants, business analysts, managers and senior client stakeholders delivering finance transformation and business improvement projects.

Responsibilities:
- Project Delivery – Deliver finance transformation and business improvement projects for leading organisations.
- Commercial Analysis – Analyse financial information and provide meaningful commercial insights.
- Process Improvement – Support finance optimisation, data remediation and operational improvement initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management – Build strong relationships with clients and internal project teams.
- Collaboration – Work within multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Project Delivery – Manage multiple workstreams while delivering high-quality results to agreed deadlines.
- Career Development – Develop consulting expertise with clear opportunities for long-term progression.
