Your Mission
As a Team Leader, you will own the quality and the relationships. You won't just be checking boxes; you’ll be: The Quality Guardian: Acting as the ultimate checker for client deliverables, ensuring everything is HMRC-ready and compliant. The Relationship Lead: Being the proactive voice our SME clients rely on—spotting opportunities to help them grow before they even ask. The Mentor: Nurturing and developing your team, helping them hit their KPIs while maintaining our high standards. The Process Innovator: Staying curious. If there’s a better way to handle MTD or workflow, we want you to find it and lead the change.
What You Bring to the Table
