We are looking for an ambitious Accountant or Senior Accountant to join a growing accountancy practice in North West London.
This opportunity is suitable for both part-qualified and fully qualified professionals who are looking to join a modern, forward-thinking firm that embraces technology and AI to improve the way they work.
Key Requirements:
- Part-qualified or fully qualified ACCA, ACA, ICAEW or CPA
- 3+ years' experience working within an accountancy practice (more experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply)
- Experience preparing:
- Statutory Accounts
- Management Accounts
- VAT Returns
- Year-End Accounts
- Strong understanding of UK accounting standards and financial reporting
- Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to learn and develop

We're looking for someone who enjoys using technology to work smarter. Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot or similar platforms to improve efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, conduct research and streamline workflows will be highly valued.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare statutory and management accounts
- Prepare VAT returns and year-end accounts
- Manage a portfolio of clients and provide day-to-day accounting support
- Work closely with senior accountants and partners
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes using technology and AI
- Deliver accurate, high-quality work within agreed deadlines
