Accounting, AI Solutions Lead (UK)

We're hiring accountants to help us scale Combinely across leading UK accounting firms.

This is not a traditional accounting role. We’re looking for an ambitious accountant who wants to move fast, work directly with customers, and help shape the future of how accounting work gets done.

About Combinely

Combinely is building an AI coworker for accountants. Accounting firms face immense pressure: shrinking talent pools, rising client expectations, and a mountain of repetitive work—emails, documents, spreadsheets, tax research, and reviews.

Coco, our AI coworker, bridges the gap by integrating into existing workflows to generate client-ready work, automate tedious tasks, and help teams deliver higher quality output faster.

Built by an ex-Google/Deloitte team, we're growing at scale, backed by top-tier investors, and already embedded in leading accounting firms globally.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver impact: Work directly with leading accounting firms to assess workflows, design and implement AI agents, and maximise Coco’s value for clients.
  • Engage customers: Shadow accountants, pinpoint painful manual processes, and convert them into repeatable AI workflow solutions.
  • Lead change: Shape Combinely’s onboarding, training, and service design. Ensure firms leverage AI effectively and users get exceptional service.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
