Job Description
Accounting Controls and Reporting (ACR) Manager
The successful candidate will:
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of ACR Entity Reporting activities
- Support seamless Statutory reporting (US GAAP and Local GAAP) and month-end close processes
- Manage Statutory Accountants, focusing on audit and financial statement preparation
Job Duties & Responsibilities
The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leading a performance-driven culture within the Statutory Accounting team
- Coaching and professional development of the Statutory Accounting team
- Overseeing the end-to-end Local Statutory Audit process and ensuring Local Accounts Statutory filing compliance—on time, accurate, and compliant
- Managing secondary ledgers and Local Books reconciliation
- Guiding the EY co-sourcing relationship for seamless quality outcomes
- Providing technical accounting expertise for ad hoc activities and special projects
- Cultivating an environment focused on process management and continuous improvement
- Identifying and resolving key risks while managing interdependencies between work streams and driving stakeholder collaboration
- Managing reporting and stakeholder communication
- Ensuring a high-quality, timely, and smooth month-end close

Required Skills & Knowledge
Knowledge Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business from an accredited university
- Qualified accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Minimum of 5 years of finance and accounting experience, with experience in audit and statutory accounting
- Experience in managing teams
- Detailed knowledge of accounting processes
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Skills & Experience
- US GAAP experience and experience in a shared service environment
- Experience with multi-currency consolidations, including complex currency transactions and structures
- Prior experience managing outsourced accounting functions
- Background in managing diverse teams
