Job Summary
The ACR Manager will oversee:
- End-to-end US GAAP and Local GAAP statutory reporting
- Audits, financial statement preparation, and regulatory filings
- Rate management, collection of local business teams, and compliance measures
- Month-end closing processes and associated quality control
- Team development, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional collaboration
Your success will be measured by timely, accurate, high-quality outputs, a data-driven culture, and your ability to mobilise and inspire teams to meet ambitious operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Financial Leadership
- Provide bold insight to global leadership councils, ensuring robust financial strategy execution and data integrity.
- Manage the work of the Statutory Accounting team, fostering a culture of uncompromising accuracy, deadlines, and continuous improvement.

2. Audit & Compliance Oversight
- Oversee the end-to-end Local Statutory Audit process, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant filings.
- Collaborate closely with engage auditors to resolve accounting complexities and refine controls.
- Manage reconciliation of secondary ledgers and local accounting practices to align with global accounting frameworks.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for senior leaders and non-financial stakeholders.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and partnerships with EY (UK), steering seamless quality delivery.
- Be the voice of the team in budgeting discussions, board meetings, and performance reviews.
4. Risk Management & Process Excellence
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, championing a proactive approach to consent methodologies.
- Lead efforts to streamline workflows and automate processes, reducing manual intervention errors.
- Drive collaboration across interdependent workstreams, troubleshooting to maintain operational tempo.
5. Financial Controls & Special Projects
- Offer technical accounting expertise to resolve specialized roll-outs projects (e.g., LWCA/SLA activation, GL mapping).
- Support amals/cyber projects as needed, ensuring security compliance and timely implementations.
- Increase billing accuracy by optimising SD integrations and accesses to ensure reporting accuracy.
Core Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business from an accredited university.
- Certified Public Accountant (UK/USA) or equivalent qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Minimum of 5 years in financial or accounting leadership roles, including statutory reporting and audit.

✅ Advanced financial reporting experience (focusing on US GAAP). ✅ Proficiency with statutory accounting, auditing processes, and compliance ledger management. ✅ Strong mastery of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for rigorous reporting and analysis. ✅ Bonus: Experience with consolidations, multi-currency transactions, and outsourced accounting functions.
