The Opportunity
For the past five years, our Texas Real Estate team has consistently delivered around 20 retained Accounting & Finance searches annually - all without a dedicated Accounting & Finance recruiter.
We welcome applications from recruiters across the UK who are excited by the opportunity to relocate to the United States.
We invest heavily in infrastructure because we believe recruiters should spend their time recruiting - not building databases, cleaning CRM records, or manually sourcing contact information. - A $35M+ U.S. recruitment platform placing real estate development, investment, construction, and finance professionals.
- More than 100,000 fully coded U.S. CRM contacts, including 20,000+ Accounting & Finance hiring managers, segmented by company, geography, seniority, discipline, and hiring responsibility.
- A six-person in-house data team dedicated to continuously expanding and enriching our proprietary database, allowing you to spend more time recruiting and less time sourcing.
- An enterprise-grade technology stack including Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, SourceWhale, and fully integrated SMS outreach, creating a seamless workflow from business development through to placement.
- Existing relationships with leading developers, investors, owners, and operators across Texas and beyond.
- A proven track record of successfully launching and scaling new recruitment verticals.
