Accounting Manager
Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to take on a pivotal role within our finance team. This position will oversee the accounting functions and ensure the integrity of financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. Prepare and submit financial reports in compliance with regulations and organisational standards. Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Supervise and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy. Implement and maintain robust accounting policies and procedures.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven experience in a similar management role within accounting. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have
