Accounts Administrator

Location: Freedom Care, Unit 2, Chevron Business Park, Lime Kiln Lane, Holbury, SO45 2QL

Hours: 12 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 20 hours in some weeks to help cover holidays and sickness. We are looking for someone to do 4 hours a day, over 3 days to start.

Pay: £13.00 per hour during probation, rising to £13.50 per hour once probation is completed.

Are you friendly, organised, accurate and looking for a role where you can feel part of something meaningful? Freedom Care is a caring, family-focussed business providing support to children, families and vulnerable people across a wide range of services. We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our small, supportive accounts team and become part of our wider Freedom Family.

This is a lovely opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a friendly environment, takes pride in getting the detail right, and wants to be part of a business where people genuinely care about each other, our staff, and the families we support.

About the Role

As our Accounts Administrator, you will help support the smooth running of the accounts department and wider business. You will be involved in timesheets, payroll preparation, expenses, invoices, VAT information, QuickBooks entries and general administrative support.

You will need to be confident with numbers, accurate with data, and able to work to deadlines, while also being warm, approachable and professional when speaking with staff, clients and colleagues.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
