Due to our continued growth, B.P.McKeefry wishes to recruit an Accounts Administrator to join a highly successful existing Finance Team.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter, have strong attention to detail and will receive full in-house training for the role.
This role is permanent and will be based at our office in Swatragh and can commence immediately.

About The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Processing of Accounts Receivable on SAGE 200 - processing of sales invoices, credit notes, receipts, and issuing month-end statements.
- Processing credit applications for new customers.
- Assist in the preparation of key weekly and monthly Management Information / Reports.
- Assist in preparation of statutory reports and business surveys.
- Monitoring mailbox: ensure emails are monitored and appropriately actioned.
- General administrative duties in the office.
- Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.

The Ideal Person
- GCSE Maths (Grade B or above) and GCSE English (Grade B or above) and at least 3 other GCSEs at Grades A*-C.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Team player with ‘roll up your sleeves’ attitude.
- Capacity to work independently with limited supervision.
- Proficient with MS Office suite.
- Excellent organizational skills.

Required Criteria
- Must be legally entitled to work in the UK.
- GCSE Maths (Grade B or above) and GCSE English (Grade B or above) and at least 3 other GCSEs at Grades A*-C.
