About Us

With over 50 years of industry experience, M&J Group is a market-leading specialist construction company operating across three core divisions: Flat Roofing, Pitched Roofing, and Construction. Our Construction Division continues to grow rapidly, delivering projects ranging from £250k to £3 million across the UK. We work on a variety of schemes — from Department for Education (CIF-funded) projects and competitive tenders to education-sector refurbishments — covering everything from fire compliance and structural repairs to M&E upgrades, envelope works, full refurbishments, and new builds.

Job Description

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our busy Accounts Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is looking to develop their career within accounts and finance administration.

Working from our office on a full-time, site-based basis, you will provide essential support to the Accounts Department while delivering excellent customer service to customers, suppliers, and colleagues.

If you are a motivated individual with strong administrative skills and a keen interest in accounts, we would love to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
