We're recruiting for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join a well-established and growing business based in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a busy finance team in a varied administrative role, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the accounts function.
Accounts Administrator
- Location: London
- Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
- Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Working Pattern: Hybrid
The Role
As an Accounts Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the finance department by managing shared inboxes, coordinating workloads, responding to internal enquiries and providing administrative support across the wider accounts team.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing shared finance inboxes and ensuring enquiries are dealt with promptly
- Coordinating work across the accounts department
- Responding to internal queries and providing support to colleagues
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the wider finance team
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring documentation is kept up to date
- Supporting the accounts function with general administrative duties as required
About
You
We're looking for someone who has
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within an accounts or finance environment
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
- A proactive, reliable and team-oriented approach
