To provide administrative and accounting support to the finance team while learning key accounting processes and working towards an accounting qualification.
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist with processing purchase invoices
- Help maintain supplier and records
- Support sales invoice processing
- Assist with filing and maintaining financial records
- Help reconcile supplier and customer accounts
- Assist with credit control activities, including contacting customers regarding outstanding invoices
- Support the preparation of reports and spreadsheets
- Assist with data entry into accounting systems
- Provide general administrative support to the finance department
- Undertake any other duties appropriate to the role

Requirements
- GCSE in English (grade C / 4)
- GCSE in Maths (grade C / 4)
Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.
