At Doncasters, we have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join our Doncasters Team. This is a hybrid role with 2 working days at our East Midlands Office.

About the Role
As an Accounts Assistant, you will report to the HQ Financial Controller and be responsible for:

Maintaining accurate daily cash book entries across all bank accounts, including:
- Posting and allocating receipts and payments
- Performing daily bank reconciliations
- Resolving discrepancies

Supporting short-term cash flow reporting

Processing supplier invoices in alignment with purchase orders and approval procedures

Ensuring compliance with internal financial controls
This role also involves:
- Supporting audits
- Processing routine journals
- Assisting with expense claim analysis
- Contributing to ad-hoc finance tasks and projects as required

If you are looking to learn and develop within a global company, this is the role for you. You will also have the opportunity to have your CIMA or ACCA qualification funded by the company to develop your finance career.
Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Obtained your Level 4 accounting qualification or an undergraduate finance-related degree
- Experience working within an accounts function
- Knowledge and proficiency in using MS Excel
