We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Motor Trade Accounts Assistant to join our busy and growing team at Tunbridge Wells.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience within the motor trade industry and be confident using Pinewood/Keyloop systems.
- Key responsibilities include supporting day-to-day finance operations while ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing purchase and sales invoices
- Conducting bank reconciliations
- Overseeing vehicle stock accounting
- Recording daily cash postings and allocations
- Assisting with month-end procedures
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Liaising with suppliers and internal departments
- Supporting the accounts team with general administration duties

Requirements
- Previous experience in a motor trade accounts role is desirable
- Knowledge of Pinewood/Keyloop would be highly beneficial
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
