Accounts Assistant

The Accounts Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting the accounting team by managing day-to-day financial transactions and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Description

  • Process and reconcile invoices, payments, and financial transactions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting tasks.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow activity.
  • Support the preparation of VAT returns and other compliance-related tasks.
  • Respond to internal and external queries regarding financial matters.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operation of the finance department.

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

  • A strong foundation in accounting principles and practices.
