An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and adaptable Accounts & Administration Assistant to join a growing and well-established business based on the outskirts of Blackpool.

This position would suit an organised and proactive individual who enjoys working in a varied role within a collaborative and supportive team environment. The successful candidate will play an important part in supporting the day-to-day finance and administrative functions of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger transactions
  • Supporting with general day-to-day administrative duties
  • Maintaining accurate records for the company fleet
  • Assisting with finance administration and ad hoc office tasks
  • Providing support across different departments where required
  • Ensuring records and documentation are maintained accurately and efficiently
