Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Accounts Assistant role based in Greater London. The Accounts Assistant will support day-to-day financial operations, including processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with credit control activities. Responsibilities include handling petty cash, reconciling transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting month-end reporting. The role will also involve liaising with internal teams and external partners to resolve account queries, providing clear communication on payment and billing matters, and assisting the accounting team with ad hoc administrative and finance-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process weekly/ monthly supplier payment runs.
- Complete daily bookkeeping tasks, including the processing of invoices and bills into accounting software. As well as reconciling bank and credit card statements.
- Assist with the wrapping of completed artist jobs. Reconciling Budgets against expenses to analyse profitability.
- Serve as the point of contact for client, supplier, and producer queries via email.

Key Requirements
- Proven experience in a bookkeeping or accounts assistant role.
- Proficiency in Xero accounting software is essential.
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable/ payable processes and bank reconciliations.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
