Accounts Assistant
The Accounts Assistant will provide vital support within the Accounting & Finance department, ensuring accurate financial processes and reporting. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities
- Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and in a timelier manner.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and reconcile company accounts, ensuring accuracy at all times.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities within the Accounting & Finance department.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable and payable processes.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

Requirements
Ideally, the Accounts Assistant should have:
- A strong foundation in accounting principles and financial practices.
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in financial tasks.
- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
