Accounts Assistant

Accounts Assistant

The Accounts Assistant will provide vital support within the Accounting & Finance department, ensuring accurate financial processes and reporting. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

  • Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and in a timelier manner.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and reconcile company accounts, ensuring accuracy at all times.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities within the Accounting & Finance department.
  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable and payable processes.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

Ideally, the Accounts Assistant should have:
