About the Role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete accurate bookkeeping for multiple entities in line with monthly deadlines:
- Post revenue
- Process purchase invoices
- Calculate prepayments and accruals
- Manage Yooz (OCR tool) to maintain an approved number of outstanding invoices
- Allocate bank transactions to revenue and purchase invoices
- Monthly bank reconciliations on Sage Intacct—ensuring postings are accurate and balanced
- Prepare creditors ledger reconciliation to external supplier statements
- Search for and request missing invoices from practices, fostering strong working relationships
- Regulate and correct wages control accounts
- Review practice financial dashboards, identify discrepancies, and rectify or escalate where necessary
- ConFORM to additional ad-hoc duties as required.
