Go City's accounts receivable, accounts payable and treasury processes all depend on accurate, day-to-day transactional support. This role exists to give the wider finance team dependable hands-on support across AR, AP and treasury, keeping the everyday transactional work moving accurately and on time.
What You'll Own
- Support the AR team with monthly invoice production and collection of debt, keeping customer billing on track.
- Support the Treasury team with processing and reporting, so cash activity is captured accurately.
- Input purchase invoices and provide general AP support, keeping the ledger current.
- Maintain beneficiary bank account templates and verify bank details, protecting the business from payment errors.
- Respond to customer chargebacks by providing the relevant evidence required.
- Produce Cost of Fraud reporting.
- Report on credit card expenditure.
- Pick up ad-hoc duties, including testing new products and audit sample requests.
- Complete Pass Extension reporting accurately and on time.

What You'll Bring
- Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive, able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfortable managing a varied workload across AR, AP and treasury support tasks.
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
