As our business continues to grow across retail and international markets, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team and support the smooth running of our day-to-day financial operations.
About the role
As an Accounts Assistant, you will play an important role within our Finance team, supporting both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities while helping to ensure our financial records remain accurate and up to date.

- Manage shared finance inboxes
- Respond to queries
- Raise purchase orders
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Assist with supplier payment runs
- Support the maintenance of pricing files and sales ledger accounts across our e-commerce platforms, ensuring information is accurate and current
Alongside your day-to-day responsibilities, you will assist with month-end activities, bank reconciliations, and a variety of finance administration tasks. This is a varied role that offers excellent exposure to different areas of finance and provides an opportunity to develop your skills within a fast-paced and growing FMCG business.
About you
This role would suit a recent graduate with a relevant degree, someone studying towards a professional qualification such as AAT, or an individual with previous experience in an Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant or similar finance role.

- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing accurate work
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage your workload effectively to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Excel
- Positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a desire to develop your career within finance
