The Role

The position of Accounts Assistant - Accounts Payable is a critical role within the finance function. The key role components would include:

  • Processing Invoices
  • Raising and approving PO's
  • Expense management
  • Preparing and running BACS payment
  • Taking ownership of the query inbox
  • Establishing a relationship with suppliers
  • Ad-hoc duties

Candidate Profile

We are keen to engage candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Experience in Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger
  • Experience with high complexity & high volume desirable
  • Proficient user of Excel
  • Strong communication skills
