Role Description

The Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant supports daily accounting and financial operations by ensuring accurate recording, processing, and management of financial information. This role involves assisting with accounts payable and receivable activities, processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and supporting reconciliation and reporting processes.

The Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant works closely with finance teams to ensure transactions are accurately recorded and financial procedures are followed. Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing financial documents
  • Monitoring payment activities
  • Assisting with month-end closing processes
  • Maintaining accounting systems
  • Providing administrative support for financial operations
