Description
- Process invoices, payments, and expense claims in a timely and accurate manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with preparing financial reports and month-end close processes.
- Support the team with ledger management and data entry tasks.
- Handle queries from internal departments and external suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department as needed.
- Contribute to maintaining an organised and efficient working environment.

Profile
A Successful Accounts Assistant Should Have
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience within a similar accounts role.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to adapt and learn within a dynamic sector like retail.
Job Offer
A salary of up to £31,000 and hybrid working.
