The Role

We are looking for a naturally organised, detail driven Accounts Assistant, confident working with numbers. You take pride in accuracy, enjoy bringing structure to busy workloads, and follow tasks through to completion. You communicate clearly, work well with others, and aren’t afraid to ask questions or suggest improvements.

Most importantly, you’re proactive, eager to learn, and motivated to develop your finance skills within a supportive team — whether that means growing your knowledge or working towards a finance qualification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete multi-currency bank reconciliations accurately and on time
  • Support month end processes, including prepayments, accruals, expenses, and fixed asset reconciliations
  • Assist with cash posting and generate sales invoices when required
  • Process invoices, expenses, and payments for the Group PLC entity
  • Maintain accurate financial records across all ledgers
  • Support credit control activities and handle supplier queries professionally
  • Assist with reporting, administrative tasks, and ad hoc finance projects

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
