Assistant Manager or Manager – Business Support (Accounting) Team

The key aspect of this role is to work within the statutory accounts team, overseeing and reviewing accounts preparation while liaising with clients. You’ll manage high-volume client portfolios across diverse corporate sectors.
The Role
- Manage a portfolio of clients and oversee the accounts prep service delivery
- Report directly to Partners, Directors, or Senior Managers based on client requirements
- Plan, control, supervise, and review work prepared by junior team members
- Prepare and review consolidation workings to support group accounts produced by the team

Requirements
- ACA or ACCA qualification is essential
- Proven experience in a similar Accounts / Business Services role
- Strong track record of managing clients and multiple team members
