Accounts Assistant (Purchase Ledger)

Are you looking for your next opportunity in finance? We're recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join our friendly and supportive finance team in Telford.
If you have at least a year's experience in Purchase Ledger or Accounts and want to continue developing your career, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
- Processing supplier invoices
- Matching invoices to purchase orders and GRNs
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Preparing supplier payment runs
- Supporting month-end activities
- Assisting with Credit Control
- Providing general finance administration

We're looking for someone with:
- At least 1 year's Accounts or Purchase Ledger experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Good Excel skills
- A proactive, organised approach
- Excellent communication skills
Desirable:
- SAP experience
- AAT qualified or studying towards AAT Level 3
