BCCAP is a privately owned investment and property business based in Marylebone. We are a collaborative, professional team with a long-term approach to property and investment management.


About the Role

We are looking for a detail-focused Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team in London. This is a great opportunity to build finance experience in a professional, fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and allocate emails from the supplier and payment inbox
  • Process supplier invoices accurately in MRI Qube and Oracle NetSuite, including coding
  • Support supplier reconciliations, account analysis, and payment query resolution
  • Assist Management Accountants with ledger analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting
  • Support month-end reporting and review aged creditor balances
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to ad hoc finance projects

Qualifications

Strong academic background and the ability to work well in a team.


Required Skills

  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, and organisational skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible, proactive, and keen to learn

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of property systems such as MRI Qube or Yardi would be desirable
  • Experience using Oracle NetSuite would be advantageous
