About the Role
We are looking for a detail-focused Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team in London. This is a great opportunity to build finance experience in a professional, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and allocate emails from the supplier and payment inbox
- Process supplier invoices accurately in MRI Qube and Oracle NetSuite, including coding
- Support supplier reconciliations, account analysis, and payment query resolution
- Assist Management Accountants with ledger analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting
- Support month-end reporting and review aged creditor balances
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to ad hoc finance projects

Qualifications
Strong academic background and the ability to work well in a team.
Required Skills
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, and organisational skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible, proactive, and keen to learn
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of property systems such as MRI Qube or Yardi would be desirable
- Experience using Oracle NetSuite would be advantageous
