Role Description
This is a part-time, Accounts Assistant role based in London. The Accounts Assistant will support the finance team with day-to-day accounting processes, including:

Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with credit control activities
- Managing petty cash
- Processing invoices and expenses
- Helping prepare financial reports
The role also involves communicating with internal teams and external partners to resolve queries, ensure timely payments, and uphold financial policies and procedures. The successful candidate will contribute to an organized, efficient accounts function in a fast-moving agency environment.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Accounting and Finance, with the ability to handle daily bookkeeping and assist with reporting.
- Experience with Credit Control and managing Petty Cash, including monitoring balances and reconciling transactions.
- Effective Communication skills for working with internal departments, talent, and external vendors.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Excel, and strong numerical accuracy.
- Relevant qualification or coursework in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in an agency, media, or entertainment setting is an advantage but not required.
