Join Our Vibrant Finance Team as an Accounts Assistant! 🌟
📍 Location: Watford - Must be a driver with car due to the location of the role
💷 Salary: £32,000 increases to £35,000 after probation period
⏰ Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

You'll play a vital role in our financial operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Managing and processing accounts payable transactions with precision 🧾
- Assisting with data entry tasks related to financial records and transactions
- Supporting the finance team in reconciling accounts using Xero
- Maintaining organised records of invoices, receipts, and financial documents 📁
- Assisting in preparing financial reports and statements as needed
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely processing of financial data 🤝
Experience
- Proven experience working with Xero is a plus, but not mandatory
- Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for accuracy ✏️
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
