Accounts Assistant

Account Assistant – Corporate Service Team

Support a thriving Corporate Service team at Harrods, delivering outstanding client service and seamless sales support in our dynamic luxury retail environment.


About the Role

This Account Assistant role is integral to the Corporate Service team, merging sales and operational responsibilities to ensure a smooth, end-to-end client experience for Harrods’ corporate clientele. You’ll act as the central coordination hub for enquiries, orders, and internal workflows—while upholding our commitment to exceptional service levels and team success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the full sales cycle, from first client contact to delivery completion
  • Manage shared inboxes and streamline communication to guarantee timely, accurate responses
  • Facilitate order processing, tracking, and fulfilment, including gift cards, bulk orders, and large corporate purchases
  • Perform administrative tasks, covering:
    • Data entry
    • Purchase orders and scheduling
    • Diary and report management
  • Maintain luxury retail service standards, fostering strong collaborative and client relationships

About You

We are looking for a client-focused professional with a dynamic blend of B2B sales acumen and operational finesse. Core traits include:

Essential Attributes:

  • Proven experience in client-focused or B2B environments with demonstrable track record of process efficiency
  • Ability to multitask under pressure, balancing urgency withmethodical accuracy
  • Fluent verbal and written communication spared across both internal colleagues and external clients
  • Confidence operating as a self-starter—relishing constructive feedback and actively driving continuous improvement

Technical Proficiency:

  • Microsoft Office expertise and prior CRM system usage
  • Exceptional time and organisational management, with multitasking savvy
  • Familiarity with luxury retail’s expectations and workflows
