Accounts Business Partner – Hospitality & Facilities

Location: London | Full Time | Permanent

Are you looking to build a successful career in recruitment? We are looking for an ambitious Accounts Business Partner to join our Hospitality & Facilities team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of temporary staffing solutions across a portfolio of clients while developing the skills and experience needed to eventually manage your own recruitment desk.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates for temporary assignments.
  • Building strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Supporting the delivery of staffing requirements across Hospitality & Facilities accounts.
  • Managing compliance, references, and recruitment administration.
  • Learning business development skills and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
  • Working towards running your own temporary recruitment desk.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive and organised approach.
  • A passion for working with people and delivering outstanding service.
  • Recruitment, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience is desirable but not essential.
