Accounts and Business Services Manager - Top 10 Firm - Perth
Are you an experienced accounts professional looking to step into a pivotal leadership role where you can truly own a diverse portfolio and directly shape the development of an ambitious team?

As an Accounts Manager you will:
- Own and actively manage a dedicated client portfolio with a high level of direct client responsibility, acting as the primary point of contact to minimize partner involvement.
- Oversee your team's wider portfolios and spearhead strategic workflow management to ensure seamless engagement delivery and optimal resource allocation.
- Drive business development by identifying new service opportunities within your portfolio and escalating complex technical matters to Directors or Partners.
- Take full accountability for delivering revenue and profitability targets while ensuring the consistent execution of high-quality advice.

As the successful candidate you will:
- Hold a full professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent).
- Demonstrate proven experience managing a diverse client portfolio across a variety of industry sectors within a public practice environment.
- Possess a strong track record of coaching, mentoring, and developing junior staff members to foster team progression.
