About Paul Rhodes Bakery

Founded by former Michelin-starred chef Paul Rhodes in 2003, Paul Rhodes Bakery has built a strong reputation as the go-to supplier of quality handcrafted sourdoughs, cakes and pastries in the capital. Paul’s ambition when he started the bakery was simple: to provide London’s busy chefs with the best handcrafted bread, made from the finest ingredients possible and traditional techniques.

Today, as the bakery heads towards twenty-five years in business, the goal remains the same and this ambition underpins everything we do. We have both a wholesale business supplying some of London’s top restaurants, hotels, cafés, and entertainment venues, as well as our local retail bakery shop which is based a ten minute walk up the road, in Greenwich Market.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for talented individuals to join our team and contribute to our success. At Paul Rhodes Bakery, we believe in nurturing talent. By joining our company, you’ll have the chance to work with experienced professionals, learn valuable skills, and be part of a friendly, supportive environment.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager – someone who can quickly understand the business, identify priorities, and start putting clear plans and processes in place. We are looking for someone to help strengthen and organise our marketing support, bring more structure to our activity, and ensure our brand and communications are working hard for the business. We need someone who can combine strategic thinking with practical delivery, and who is comfortable working across a broad mix of brand, content, communications, digital channels and sales support.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Bring structure and consistency to brand management, templates and marketing assets
  • Support tone of voice development and ensure communications are on-brand

  • Create stronger processes for recurring marketing requests, such as image requests, shop requests and ad hoc customer support materials
  • Build useful sales and account support tools, such as brochures, one-pagers, presentations and launch materials
  • Support internal teams with clearer ways of working, templates and guidance
  • Help define what good looks like across marketing activity and reporting
