We're looking for an Accounts & Office Administrator to become a vital part of a growing team. This is far more than a traditional finance and administration role—you'll be the central hub of our business, supporting finance, office operations, employee administration, and the wider management team.

  • Managing day-to-day office administration, including correspondence, filing, email and telephone enquiries.
  • Supporting Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes and acting as a key liaison with our parent company.
  • Assisting with financial reporting and analysing operating accounts.
  • Debt Collecting.
  • Managing office supplies, facilities, and supplier contracts.
  • Coordinating training courses, meetings, and company events.
  • Preparing professional business correspondence, reports, and internal communications.
  • Organising travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and restaurants.
  • Welcoming visitors and ensuring meeting rooms are prepared to a high standard.
  • Supporting Health & Safety administration and training activities.
  • Providing administrative support to the management team as required.

You'll Ideally Have

  • Previous experience in an office administration, finance administration, or office management role.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Good financial awareness and experience supporting accounts processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A professional and discreet manner when handling confidential information.
  • A positive attitude and a desire to contribute to the wider success of the business.
