About The Role
We’re seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst for a 6-month fixed-term contract in a transformative phase for our AP function. Focused on automation, AI, and process redesign, this role prioritizes day-to-day excellence alongside driving system-wide improvements.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading AP operations in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment while identifying and implementing impactful enhancements
- Excelling at proactive problem-solving and leveraging AI tools (e.g. Workato, Claude, ML/RPA) within daily workflows, not simply being open to them
What You’ll Be Doing
Operational Excellence
- Processing AP transactions accurately and on time across diverse entities and currencies
- Assisting with month-end activities including accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations
Supplier Management
- Maintaining vendor master data with strong controls, approvals, and audit trails
- Collaborating with teams like Procurement, Product, and Commercial for smooth supplier onboarding

Process Innovation
- Building and optimizing automated workflows using AI and systems to reduce manual efforts
- Identifying scalable system and process enhancements to strengthen controls
Change Support
- Juggling day-to-day delivery with transformation initiatives like the employee expense process overhaul and P2P orchestration layer deployment
- Ensuring rigorous adherence to financial controls, audits, and policies
About You
Core Requirements
- 5+ years in Accounts Payable or shared services finance with experience in large, high-volume, multi-currency environments
- Strong track record of accuracy and error minimization under tight deadlines
- Deep knowledge of month-end close processes across multiple entities
Technology Fluency
- Hands-on experience automating manual tasks using AI tools (Workato, Codex, Claude), RPA, keyboards, or ML
- Familiarity with systems like Workday, Kyriba, and Auditoria is a plus
Stakeholder Engagement
- Seamless communication between technical (engineering, product) and non-technical teams
- Ability to translate complex problems into clear, actionable solutions
