Through continued growth, we are currently adding to our incredible Finance department the role of ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ADMINISTRATOR.
The role of Accounts Payable Administrator
Working within the heart of our Finance department this role will include:
- Working with other members of the Accounts Payable Team to maintain an accurate and up-to-date Purchase Ledger
- Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details within Accounts Payable
- Processing weekly BACS, CHAPS and Direct Debit payments, ensuring suppliers are paid on time
- Reconciliation of Supplier Statements
- Assisting all other members of the Finance department when required
- Providing cover for other AP team members when absent
This is a great opportunity for someone already within Accounts Payable, or someone with strong financial education wanting to start their career within a leading Finance Department, or even someone with an inquisitive mind, knows their way round a spreadsheet for two and comfortable working across systems and in dealing with people on a daily basis.
