AP Administrator (Full or Part-Time 30 hours)

Location: Malmesbury (Office-Based)

Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 FTE

The Company

Right Pear is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a unique and highly regarded organisation to recruit an Accounts Payable Administrator. Supporting a wide range of businesses, this organisation offers a stable, professional environment where accuracy, discretion and attention to detail are genuinely valued.

This is an office-based role with excellent long-term stability, outstanding benefits and the opportunity to work within a close-knit finance team.

The Role

Reporting to the Transaction Services Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring payments are processed accurately and efficiently across multiple entities. This isn't a traditional purchase ledger position - you'll be responsible for handling sensitive payment requests, carrying out verification checks and maintaining strong financial controls whilst working closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
