About the Role
Days of Work: Monday to Friday
This role sits within our Finance department, providing support services to the wider OCS Group and front-line colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Process high-volume supplier and subcontractor invoices for payment
- Gain authorisation of invoices promptly
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Manage key suppliers in the best interest of the group
- Provide an excellent level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders/suppliers
The Ideal Candidate
Must meet the following criteria:
- Right to Work in the UK
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is desirable but not essential
- Prior Accounts Payable experience desirable but not essential
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic Excel skills
