The Ideal Candidate
- Experience of AP Ledger, ideally from a product-led or FMCG business
- Process-driven, and passionate about systems, automation, and efficiency
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, able to build structure and controls under pressure
- Detail-oriented and collaborative, with the confidence to influence stakeholders
- Intermediate or advanced excel skills are desirable
- Ability to work under pressure and within tight time frames
- Sage experience preferable

Scope Of The Role
- Assist with all aspects of the purchase ledger; tasks include ensuring invoices and credit notes are processed on time, chasing outstanding invoices and credit notes, and resolving supplier issues
- Participate in weekly bank reconciliations – posting transactions to Sage, allocating payments and receipts
- Maintain the Accounts email inbox – forwarding invoices for processing, reconciling supplier statements, and resolving or escalating supplier issues
- Providing ad-hoc support to the wider team
