Working Hours: Normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm with an hour for lunch.

Responsibilities to include:
- Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
- Process monthly supplier account statement reconciliations
- Liaise with all offices and suppliers to ensure the smooth running of function
- Process staff expenses accurately and efficiently
- Assist in the processing of weekly payment runs
- Manage all urgent payment requests
- Ensure all new supplier checks are carried out and documented inline with internal control procedures
- Ensure that all AP queries from suppliers and employees are answered promptly
- Action all daily system approval and rejections
- Assist in month end procedures
- Other ad hoc duties as required

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Experience in a similar role
- Confident, enthusiastic and flexible attitude
- Attention to detail
- Self starter with the ability to work under their own initiative
- Strong communication skills are essential in order to deal with demanding suppliers and employees
- Team player
- Good knowledge of VAT
- Good working knowledge of Excel
